Eligibility: Students who have passed 12th standard board examinations in any stream are eligible to pursue the course.

5. Diploma in Aviation Hospitality:

Hospitality is an indispensable element in the aviation industry. The students are trained on the skills to deal with the hospitality needs of the aviation industry. The duration of the course is one year. Subjects that are covered in this duration are aviation hospitality, communication skills, food and beverage production, introduction to foreign languages, front office operations, computer and IT skills etc.

Eligibility: Minimum requirement is a pass in 12th standard examinations

Career: Successful candidates can find jobs as ground staff, in-cabin crew, as front office operators, etc. Average salary is between Rs. 3-5 Lakh rupees per annum.

6. Aeronautical engineering:

This is a technical engineering course with four years’ duration. A B.E., or B.Tech degree in Aeronautical Engineering will help the candidate get prospective jobs in the aviation sector. The course is all about learning the technicalities of aircraft designing, manufacturing and maintenance.

Eligibility: Students should have passed their 12th with 50% marks and with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their major subjects. Students may also have to clear either national level or state level entrance tests to take admission in recognized colleges.

7. B.Sc. in Aviation:
